Al Jay has  been working in the music industry since late 1996,  after being inspired amongst other things! by the 96 the Space terrace .

After rapidly mastering the basic skills of mixing, Al went on to become a  regular at Brighton’s famed seafront archway known as the Zap Club, picking up work around Brighton's underground dance scene, this was going from a past time, he was now building in confidence towards a career.

He returned to Ibiza the following July with his record box,  then he painstakingly worked his way around a cliquey but helpful group of English workers playing for fun, until by pure chance he landed his daily residency playing for the world famous Manumission at BarM.  A lot of water under the white water bridge since then, the rest has been made into a fun but rather messy history !
